Frightening
I am agreeing with Stallman. That's really frightening. I need to run and hide.

Seriously, while I in priciple agree with Stallmans' vision and goals, in ths issue he is right in what he's set to do.

While the process proposed will greatly help in weeding out the obvious and weak software patents, it will also strengthen the position of other software patents that are not weak and obvious.

Here I am not discussing the merits and value of sofware patents, just the process of awarding them.
