True BOFH but Windows Admins have to do a lot of extra security work
True it's just grunt work but it is still work.

How much of thier time do they spend patching patches, reinstalling Windows, updating user software security issues etc...

I think if fair was fair, Windows Admins should get paid the same for all the headaches they have to deal with.

Not to mention the blame and shouting they have to deal with when the Windows systems fail. Window by nature can make a good admin look incompatent.
