yeah, it's a winner
As usual, it's the little things that will make the conversion really attractive. For me, the first big thing was Outlook's flexibility in where you can locate your .pst files. Finally! And they've redesigned the file format, so hopefully it won't suffer the problems that big .pst files have had in the past.

I'm getting used to the ribbon, too. Not fully; I haven't had a big writing or spreadsheet project yet. The local-context formatting menu will be useful, too, although I generally use styles for overall formatting.

The new fonts are very readable, too, although I'd prefer to set up Word to default to a serif typeface. Haven't taken the time to figure that one out yet.
