What I would like to see...

What I would like to see is the FUD being filtered out of the above statement that is often printed on ZDNet.
Fact is, that SCO is suing UnixWare clients. SCO has yet to substantiate any of their claims concerning Linux, so suing Linux users simply because they're using Linux at this point would be meritless.
So Linux users, don't be too alarmed by reading the "SCO is suing Linux users" line. If you're not a UnixWare client, and SCO should try to sue you, you can sue them right back for wasting your time.

IANAL. My legal expertise is about the level of Mc Bride's.
