There is a vague promis to transfer some copyrights at some time. As I understand it the copyright laws require a very specific written instrument that in detail explains wich copyrights are transfered at wgat time. This is nowhere to be found in the contracts so no copyrights were transfered. SCO therefore can not claim to own the copyrights.
