Delay tactics are failing...
Appears the delay tactics are failing. IBM dropped its patent claim and pushed for immediate declaration, like Red Hat, of copyright infringment. Seems like the "put up or shut up" is getting close at hand. Can SCO figure out a new way to delay? Lets wait for the next SCO press release and find out....
