Fileswapping leading to copyright infringment is the problem it's symptom of the actual problem.

Copyright infringement is symptom of the failing business model. They put out I-Tunes but big deal the songs aren't there, meaning the one you can't hear on the radio.

Fix the problem with access to all music and you fix the problem with massive amounts of people commiting copyright infringement.
