It will be interesting to see how the laws in different countries deal with this.

It's a shame that the music industry has been unable to determine that the drop in music sales coincided with their enforcement actions against Napster, not with the advent of music downloading. John C. Dvorak had an interesting article on this on the www.pcmag.com site:

Perhaps music industry execs need to read this article, because it makes total sense.
