Crime does pay

And it pays big. His profit margin is well over 80% Uncle Sam takes 48% of any workers paycheck over 50k a year dependant on dependants plus FICA, State, some medical. So 7years to wait for his 15.6mil earning a modest 5+% yields quite a bit after 5 years, let alone 7. So when he gets out, he will have more then the stated 20mil. So who cares? He pays the 4.6mil fine, and goes to another country and start over only in another country he?d be making twice the amount.

You want to eliminate the problem, confiscate all he as, freeze his accounts, and then put him to death. Then divi-up his assets to the companies he?s defrauded. This should send a message to others planning on doing the same thing. It?s true our jails are overcrowded but we need to make room for the lounge for the prisoners to relax and watch TV while they sit and do nothing on our dime. We need to make sure they are not overcrowded, or inconvenienced in any way. Its ok for them to receive publications of Playboy, have access to libraries, have access to gym equipment, ability to do art, to exercise, full benefits for health, eye-care, dentistry, psychiatrist, and so much more. Tell me, what part of prison is prison? Where is the punishment? What? No ice cream on Friday? Boy, that?s real punishment!
