But the "Settlement" was a legal paper, approved by the Courts.
The actions that were illegal, and are still illegal for others, have been approved by Judge Kathleen Kollar-Kotelly for Microsoft. By extending the terms of the "settlement" Microsoft is allowed to continue the actions that it authorizes. Unfortunately, that means continued action as usual with only different accounting codes applied.

That "settlement" shopuld be looked at for what it is: A Marketing Plan To Bypass Legal Restraints.
