You're as bad as linux geek. Read the article and comment on the content. Don't just make up what you'd like it to say. I use xp on my desktop. I've previewed several linux distros that are pretty damn good on the desktop. As some of the wiser folks here have said, linux still lacks application support. At some point vendors may very well supply adequate applications to make linux a reasonable windows alternative. Especially if Microsoft continues taking what has historically been 3rd party teritory.
