..With the EU ruling it will be more difficult for MS to bolt on New features such as search on to Windows..

They must offer the version but the $64B question is will people buy it?
Will EU OEMs and consumers have the choice to buy the US version?

..I don't want to have to use Windows in order to perform a Web search....
