Need to get some things right
"Apple is too much of a bit player to have any future as a computer manufacturer. They cannot sustain themselves on less than 3% of the market. I think their future may well lie in the i-Pod and similar devices, providing they can remain competative and unique. The MAC is far too expensive from an initial hardware prospective and there is little software written for OSX, and a declining amount for Mac OS9. "

The Mac is no more expensive than a quality PC. Look at them and then spec out a comparable PC with all the software that is thrown in free. You will see, at most a $300 premium for a Mac. Not bad at all.

I don't know where you get the idea that Apple's marketshare is declining. IIRC, they are the 5th largest PC vendor in the world and the marketshare has been slowly increasing in the past years.

And there is plenty of software for OSX.

Don't be so ignorant and try to get the facts at least somewhat correct.
