I never said there was NO offshoring of top programmer jobs
I know there is offshoring of all types going on. Many of the jobs, if not most, however, are relatively menial. The main question is why? People want to yell about corporate greed. As I stated above, burdensome laws and regulations are the main culprit in the flight of jobs.
