Who should govern the net?
It should be an international consortium of public and private entities that have an intetrest in the issue.

Oooops.

That's how it is right now.

One that should NOT govern the NET is the UN. I'd rather give it to the government of a western developed country or a consortium of press organisations from the developed democratic world.
