- Software piracy
- If software sellers want to make piracy impossible they should consider lowering the original price and allowing a single backup then protect the product so it cannot be copied. To sentence anybody to prison is ridiculous when other crimes avoid incarceration, and to fine an individual more than the cost of buying original software is an incentive to develop ways of avoiding the risk of apprehension.
