I feel sorry for Microsoft, TOO!!!
Microsoft got off very LIGHT on over 360 cases of THEFT of IP from thousands of developers and small companies that Microsoft SQUASHED!!! THEN, the multiple convictions of FELONIES on three continents, and Microsoft got probation!!! That is recently EXTENDED for TWO MORE YEARS!!!

So this guy gets real time, and, for him, it is a HUGE fine! Just compare what Microsoft earned from their THEFT and PIRACY, over 15 years, with this guy's penny-ante piracy!!!

Yes, you get the best justice that money can buy!
