Right, and because for the file format, Mass will be able to move all but
handicapped employees to another platform with no compatibility problems. But, Word Perfect, Open Office, and others will have the handicapped features soon. This will allow the state of Mass to put lots of price pressure on Microsoft. Should we feel sorry for Microsoft?
