XenSource strategy is to charge Microsoft for consulting
Gordon Mangione led the SQL Server and Exchange teams at Microsoft prior to going to Ignition Partners and now XenSource.

Longhorn includes SQL Server and Exchange and it needs a hypervisor if it has any chance of success. There is gold in farming out Mangione and his team to Microsoft.
