- I think you are being too optimistic. There won't be any fees because there won't be an Internet. The Internet can't take the pressure from the idiots using it now. Add government regulations (or UN reg. in this case) and watch the Internet crumble. It seems like everyone has a better idea about running the Internet and they are looking for control. But the only answer is for the users to educate themselves and take responsibility. Then the Internet can basically run itself. We didn't have this problem until big companies and governments started vieing for control. And then there is the influx of idiot users. Yes, I think you were a bit optimistic.
