OS/2 about 90.

The OS/2 desktop still surpasses anything we've seen, although some Linux desktops come close.

It was possible to tailor every single window to your heart's content, even using different languages and different keyboards, and naturally any combination of colour and font.
How is it in Windows? Large and small fonts, and a reboot?
