U.S. politicos fire at EU's Microsoft ruling

MeSs can't have it both ways,,,,

MicroSoft is in litigation in the EU that allows them to squelch anyone from visiting a site on the Interner that has a similar spelled name,,,,, The irony of this case was that the company with the similar spelled name has it's internet site based in the continential US,,,,, The US case is still in litigation, and MicreSoft has maneuvered for years to hold up preceedings,,,,, While the US based companies haven't completed litigation, MicroSoft has bullied it's way through several EU countries to block sales of the OS, any software that is dependent of that OS, and anyone that has that OS and it's dependent software from visiting the WEB site devoted to that OS's brand and it's multitude of dependent products,,,,, This legal
maneuver is bases in the EU, but blocks the usage Worldwide,,,,, This means that anyone throughout the world, that is not in the effected EU countries, cannot visit the WEB site of this OS,,,, You may ask, "Why or How is this possible?" The answer is simple,,,,, In passing this judgement against the OS, these EU countries have stated that anyone within their borders that can access the site of the OS, constitutes that OS's breaking of the court's outcome against usage of the OS or any of it's dependent products, by citizens of these countries, and that the OS will be considered breaking this court judgement, and the OS will be levied a large fine for each and every instance,,,,,, Again, this is against a WEB site based entirely within the borders of the continential US,,,,, Such is the breadth of this decission that it will eventually disrupt Copy Writes, Trade Marks, Corporation and Incorporation names, Company names, all Logos and devices of signature dedicated to to all Companys' throughout the world,,,,, This judgememt will debase all proprietary entities, whether international, or single countried,,,,,, These EU countries that have passed this judgement have established a precident, that if it is allowed to stand, uncontested and unchanged, would tear the fabric of Companies to protect themselves from thieft of their being duplicated elsewhere on the globe by parties looking to capitalize on their historic profile,,,,, To any, and All, legal minds, this judgement should be vigoruslly appealed until it is overturned, and obliterated from the laws of all the courts and countries involved,,,,, The ability of any court, now and in the precievable future, to establish this judgememt, or any judgement, so structured, should be advised to cease litigation,,,, Make no mistake, this is a far encompassing decission,,,,,,
