- good jobs aren't going abroad

what's happening is that people abroad can do the SAME job cheaper. This is because the same standard of living is far cheaper to achieve in Delphi. Programmers have moved from the west to India to keep programming. On less money in absolute terms, nevertheless, in India, the lower money buys a relatively better lifestyle (according to articles I've read).
I just think that "good jobs going abroad" is a 4 word over-simplification. The point is that software gets much cheaper as a result.
I've been cut to the bone by this competition too.
But I can't blame someone in Delhi for competing with me. Hey that's business.
The indians are afraid of when chinese programmers undercut them!
