Making a habit of that aren't you. This is a ruling and therefore has to be apealed in COURT. Therefore the term conviction is correct. The commision IS following real LAWS. just because you do not want it to be so doesn't mean it isn't so. I said it before...you are obviously no legal expert where EU law is concerned...why make statements like these that at the very least seem to imply that you belive you are an expert.

MS is LEGALY bound by this ruling. It's a ruling not a sugestion.
