Let the Dividends Flow

In Seattle the EU decision has let loose the notion that Microsoft will have to up its dividends substantially. Management has been using antitrust as a reason for the 50 billion cash hord and Judge KK has been waiting on the EU to see what additional remedies she will put in place. There is no ligitimate business for the criminal organization (Jackson had this right) to hold so much cash - it is 3 years of revenue and enough to wage a war. It is a very frightening hord when the Gates foundation billions are also added in.

Think about being Costco and wanting to sell say a Del Linux box. (the new CIO at Del is a Walmart - read Linux man). That just aint going to happen when the Gates foundation can minipulate stock price with large buying and selling. (they currently hold a large position in Costco. this is why I picked that stock).

Judge KK will be encouraging Microsoft to let the dividends flow. Heck it even helps the economy and that helps Bush get re-elected.

It is the end of a growth company.

More legal action is just a form of looting of share holders. Legal action is a very easy way of paying "Experts" who are owed a favor and doesn't really get the visibility it should. What's 300 million when you are dealing with billions. Well it is 300 million. Thats worthy of reporting.

Judge KK will need to make that more visible to share holders. Lots of work needs to be done but it may be safe to go back into the water - then again maybe not.

It bothers me that Microsoft controls Apple for example. It bothers me that Ballmer sits on the board of Accenture and that Accenture use to be Arther Andersen. Sigh, what can one do - eventually Microsoft will be clean. The SOAP has already been acquired;>)
