DSL has MANY different speeds-check what you sign up for

DSL is going after inexperienced users telling them they can high speed DSL for $26.00 mo if they sign up on line.

That DSL is the basic speed rated UPTO 328K. Those installations I have seen test at less than 200K.

FYI DSL comes in about 7 different packaged speeds. I like DSL, I don't like the way they are presenting it to the public.

Ask to see all of the DSL packages, speeds and their prices.

Also, confirm that the speed you are signing up for is guaranteed at your location.

One of my clients signed up for this high speed DSL and switched their phone service to SBC only to find their location could not support one of the faster DSL connections so they had to be content with the basic package but is only tests less than 200K download and 60K upload.
