Dont Believe They Know How To Do It
Last few months I did some online music. What is being offered at present - with its no 'questions asked (and none found incidently) EULA,and 'bridge=party contract(s) . Wich leaves the person of use out of the picture,as well as patranage, receipt, and asset contrast within those relationships out of the loop as well, to be anything all that much appealing.

What is needed is some freaking sense within these 'take your money by 'liscence fakes. As long as 'what you buy is 'liscence, and NOT MUSIC,there is yet still a product to be had.

'Music FILES. Wich know something about the environment of wich they will be purchased and used. 'Moving files, changing out of computer equipment,non-negotiable non-correspondance needed 'digital MUSIC FILES. Intelligent 'face forward USAGE interface, something of wich shows perhaps a punch card interface within the media player from a loaded file.

Why is it these ideas cant seem to get across.Instead there is this 'junk combination of expectation = nothing in 'Music Files.

Need a product first. Those 'liscence by contract deligations are pretty faceless. When it comes to what the digital music file''can mean. How is it that they dont realize the schemes are 'too much to ask ? Of a consumer.

A CD,DVD,tape whatever,at a music store does not get your name, collection count, amount of music owned, demographics and total yearly income for the next infinite unknown future. You take your receipt, your money and then walk out of the store. The guy at the counter doesn't ask you to chain yourself to the store database, where your shirt is stuck in the cash machine.

Its just really inconsiderate. The strategy being that 'piracy is you mom,or something. While I think they should be dealling in something different completely - like customer satifaction, warranty, and product performance. With tested products wich dont underscore your satifaction with something that creates your purchases and spent cash as something imaterial.

And hello 'WallMart - guess what,I dont care. Wall Mart dont have a product.Apple doesn't have a product.Any of the three vendors dont have a product. 'Why - because of copyright claiming the institution of 'liscence ''over a readily usable no questions asked 'contract via communication parameters aquired with the advent of 'Internet.

Its crap and it should stop. You buy what you pay for.You get a freaking receipt, and you expect that purchase to perform within noted perception of a product. Without that there isn't any such thing.

I know there is a grand oportunity to use the digital spectrum for more than copyright law dictates through 'liscence or business contract. Its just that the money is catered to the concept while the utility should remain authored,as a trusted product in doing so. Perhaps without the labels. Maybe somebody can sue for their digital rights to do so. I dont know.

Its just not the bullcrap with the contract laws. 'Music. Buy,pay, receipt ,playback. Everything else is enuendo, and rhetoric.

....just talking.
