Do you think they'll buy it?
I'm betting that this will be a near miss like Napster.

I guess the problem will be the pointless DRM again. I think Apple users cut a lot of slack for Apple, I don't think Walmart customers have that warm fluffy fealing for Walmart, and the EULA for this site palms them off on Microsoft anyway.

(I'm assuming Napster's numbers are heavily boosted by the Penn State University deal. 20k students * 20 albums = 4 million tracks, so the 5 million track Napster quoted number could be mostly students on the forced pay deal.)
