Do you think they'll buy it?: I'm betting that this will be a near miss like Napster.

I guess the problem will be the pointless DRM again. I think Apple users cut a lot of slack for Apple, I don't think Walmart customers have that warm fluffy fealing for Walmart, and the EULA for this site palms them off on Microsoft anyway.
