Indesign replaced Pagemaker not Framemaker
Get your facts straight. Why do Apple users know nothing beyond grahics applications and assume publishing layout apps like Indesign are the same as a doc structure tool like Framemaker (SGML etc) Totally different.

Possibly because they think everything dealing with anything called layout, document or image is related to Photoshop or Pagemaker,Quark ala Indesign
