Somebody Should Sue Riaa

for creating digital files of authored music without authorization to do so.

This is what is being hiddent.The discotechs monopoly on copyrights used in coincidence of that medias technology. They dont want to face the fact that the technology does not equal authority. That is the 'licenscing of 'legal copyrighted music only goes as far as can be known by its authors entitlement to do so.

All of this situation strings out the consumer to be the blamefest to a situation of piracy,while the truth of the matter is the authored right to utilize a work in its authors propriety - without the inspection of a given discos notice.

It is seen ever so noticable by the mere fact that discos 'sell 'liscences !!! The idea being to hide the benifit of a technology for distribution of 'effect wich belongs to the 'author of right - that no longer requires the distribution effect of the discos.!!!

'Piracy didn't create Music,'liscence didn't create Music. Musicians and artists created music - a point of copyright law that does not have to include distribution via the discos when in 'digital artifact of its distribution !!!

And what the great diversion is about piracy ? Screw that - give the artists there freakin copyrights to distribution of digital files.

I know that this will then lead to 'well so many sunsets and not enough rises. Fewy. Everything an artist has EVER copyrighted is their right in the improvement of distribution via digital file. I for one know I want the product.The patronage.The receipt.And the asset. The same lack of it goes for artists when they are participant in digital music files. ALL OF THEM.!!!! All of them are theirs to be distributed,all of them asset of law,and asset of effect within the digital file.


Consumers need the product,and discos need to be pulling our chain.
