full triel...
"More than 400 individuals have settled with the record industry group, paying fines averaging near $3,000. None of the suits has come to a full trial yet."
- and what a shame. We need atleast a few of those people who are fighting back to have their cases be ended, so that we can get a better legal prescedent.. otheriwse the RIAA is simply doing what MS is doing with Lindows. Starting as many legal cases as possible to try and scare people with court costs.
