Also, it can only be good for the Net as a whole to get rid of a lot of casual huge downloads that people set going but probably dont really bother with. A small charge like this makes people think about whether they need to download it, or can simply get it from an MSDN disk or from an existing download someone else already did. People who really want it can still get it; its the casuals that wont.
Pity they didn't put it out on a P2P system though. Would have saved a lot of hassle.
