- Ah Zik See Strategy
-
I suppose Zdnet is less aware of Microsoft's strategy than it should be. A fellow named Newpert has long been associated with the Gates crime family, most recently returning to Microsoft after working at Drugstore.com, a company controlled on paper by Bill Gate's wife Melinda.
For the Gates crime family's foundatation to maintain US tax exempt status it is valuable to give grants in medical research. The foundation is generous at medical schools and these schools are affiliated with physician medical practices and hospitals who purchase computer systems.
The Gates family's law and lobby firm, Preston Gates and Ellis' key man Abramoff exposed how charities are used for evil. You will remember that Abramoff was found guilty of wire fraud and has been associated with the Bush culture of corruption but his ways really were learned at the Gates family law and lobby firm.
Grants from the Gates Foundation are grease that can be used to influence peddle. What healthcare adminstrator affiliated with a grantee isn't going to at least listen to a pitch from Microsoft's new health care software branch? Less than honest administrators are going to include Microsoft on their bidders lists and hope for a side deal from the Gates Foundation.
Neupert is leading Microsoft on what I call the Ah Zik See strategy. It is a strategy of a criminal organization that fits right in with the culture we in the IT profesion work to eliminate at Microsoft. Ah Zik Zee is how you pronounce the name of the firm Azyxxi whose software is used at Georgetown University Hospital and the MedStar Health group. Georgeton University is in Washington DC and I strongly suspect that this article represents Gates family lobby efforts.
If the mob had left the IT industry a decade ago, this stuff might be tollerated. Scallywags will always be with us. But I have come to believe as the Dixy Chicks that it is no longer appropriate to just kick the Mafia out of your yard and into someone elses. We must follow the wrongdoers into new teritories. The Health Care and Legal Industries are particualarly at risk at this time. In the Latter case, it was not so long ago that PDF and WordPerfect ruled in that industry because the DOJ used them under Reno. Today with Bill Neukom about to become head of the American Bar Association we can understand how the monopolist underminded and is underminding industry software standards.
