IE was integrated into Windows back in the early 90?s and windows was purposefully programmed to not allow other browsers to run at full speed thus thwarting competition. They have a history of screwing companies over and taking what is not theirs and yet, they claim they have a right to protect their intellectual property via WGA? Well, I would agree if the intellectual property were in fact really Microsofts. According to the lawsuits, MS has stolen every program currently called Microsoft. They stole DOS, they stole WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, FRONTPAGE, MSMONEY, and the list goes on. Where do you think AD came from? A partnership with Novell where they stole NDS and called it Active Directory. When Sunbelt came out with Counter Spy, did anyone notice that Microsof?s Anti-spyware, was a direct copy?
Have you forgotten where Xbox came from? And now VISTA. Any Linux user would tell you it?s a copy of Linux, but with a Windows name and definitely a windows price tag.
The problem is that this product was not pushed out through automatic updates so what is being said here is that a few companies were effected because it was an update to an existing product (Endusers=beta tester AGAIN). Now what have I been saying in other posts? One day MS will make that mistake (other then WGA) and push something through Automatic updates that will crash systems on a global scale and they will only say to those affected, purchase more MS crap and make us rich. Because we really don?t give a crap as long as we are on top of the world. And we will continue to do so because there is no power on this planet to stop us. MS will be here for sometime, and you are a fool if you think you?ve heard the last of them. - Posted by: mypl8s4u2 Posted on: 07/28/06 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
