Sausage
Vienna is a dog name as in Vienna Sausage. I suggest neither Vista nor Vienna be marketed under those names. VistA is name owned by the US government, we the people, the USA and with Microsoft now in Health Care Software, long running complaints about the Vista name take on special significance.

"VistA is the largest integrated hospital software package in the world, and hospitals and clinics in many countries depend on it to manage such things as patient records, prescriptions, lab results, and other medical information. The use of VistA has been proven to improve patient treatment outcomes in many ways, including by reducing medical errors and by ensuring that clinicians can easily access all clinically relevant patient information. The U.S. government originally developed VistA for use in veterans' hospitals, so it is public domain. This means you already own VistA, no matter which country you call home. "

The OpenVistA project and VistAOffice are names with value diluted by release of Microsoft's Vista and it just will not happen unless by thuggary of the kind we recently saw at the Veterans Administation, with key players now out of government over a lost then found laptop with veterian SSN numbers in it and an identitiy theft issue.

This dog crap we deal with as long as Microsoft remains as Judge Jackson states a criminal organization.

For those at Microsoft might I suggest Windows MultiCore as the name for Vista. Or Windows Duo for Vista and Windows MultiCore for Vienna.

Let me get a dig on the so obviously poor legal advise from Bil Neukom. Windows itself could never be trade marked. Lindows changed its name owing to money. Neukom is to blame for name choices that can not become valueble. Those in the legal profession can not respect that man if they know his track record. Almost every stratagy from Allchins Lies to Windows branding has been wrong and caused Bill Gates problems.
