To be fair
What happens when some classy slick lawyer
Blows holes in your own license and a judge then accepts his challenge to your License and you have to pay $$$$$$$$ ... Is that worth it... ?

Keep in mind that in the USA anyone can sue you for anything, and it's going to cost you to defend. Doesn't matter what license you use; you could publish a totally new children's book and put it in the public domain and some other children's author could sue you for predatory pricing.

You'd almost certainly win, mind, but it'd still cost you.
