That's the problem with the USA
& the legal system... It's a money making irrelevent system allowing everyone from the so called educated to to the uneducated to prosper out of a situation that is cause by someone doing something.

This is why GPL & the Linux Kernel makes so much sense it's owned by no one, you can't sue the whole world for the code, the USA people & legal systems now have a problem they can't control nor sue anyone for. It's owned by the planet... Sue that America !!! haha

I say if hollywood and the music industry giants want to control their movies & music. Make them produce their own devices with their own operating system or Microsoft's and lock it down tight. Put anyt type of ridiculous Eula on it and back it up in their courts ... Then sell it to the buyers to press the on / off buttons play & stop.

I think I wouldn't if I were an American buy one of those units just in case I pressed the on/off button at the same time & rfid tag on the unit told the giants sue that man for breach of contractual usage lolol
