What happens when some classy slick lawyer
Blows holes in your own license and a judge then accepts his challenge to your License and you have to pay $$$$$$$$ ... Is that worth it... ?

GPL does a good enough job just add your ideas to make it that DRM a useless piece of rubbish to Linux, and allowing the people to use a free creation of code that we all can use, without the fear of ending up of society saying, hey what you're doing is wrong because the film industries & record companies say so... wink
