Childish and uninformed remark
I hate to tell you Cane, but yes the EU can dictate to M$ because under their law they found that M$ did not follow the law. The EU is too big a part of the M$ pie from a profit stand point to just blow it off.

When you really learn something about computer administration and business law, not only in the U.S., but on the international stage then you might have something intelligent to say.

M$ is NOT a god to follow blindly. They are the dominate force in desktop computing, at this time. The reason is basic, they have been found, multiple times in the U.S. and elsewhere to be a monopoly. Rather than change their practices, they just pay the penalty and turn the page continuing business as usual.

M$ did NOT get to be the company they are by innovation or even providing a quality product. They just simply used, many times over, dirty tricks, and unethical and monopolistic business approaches.

M$ is not much of an innovator, as they like to claim, but rather they buy a technology and then control it. I hate to tell you this, but Billy Bob Gates did not write DOS, a company called Seattle Software did! That practice continues to today!!!
