Forgot to mention Sweden, Finland...
...If I remember accurately, both Sweden and Finland have made court decisions that prevent Lindows from advertizing in those countries [alleged trademark infringement or something]. The Lindows company states they were not even notified by the Finnish court that this action was before it. In other words, Lindows found out after the decision had been rendered and without an opportunity to state its case in a timely way. Again, I'm relying on my memory of recent articles, but if this is true, then I'd like to know how a Finnish court could behave in such a way without some form of pressure or inducement from BillG?
