I heard about a company that ...
Told it's customers they had to upgrade to a new licensing agreement or face significant cost increases. Funny thing is, for most companies they got a whopping increase in licensing only discover recently that the guarantee of free upgrades in their license period was eliminated due to delays in new products that conveniently fall outside of the licensing period.
