What makes you think MS will even try to pay some of that dept? who is going to force them? They owe whole countries huge amounts of money for years, and have been charged interest on top of that debt, yet it remains unpaid. And now that the EU cracked down to force payment, they just thumb their nose and stomp on the ground like a crying baby. And for those of you who feel the EU shouldn?t be extorting money from an American company need to get their heads out of their @$$ and start facing facts. When you call MS for tech support, not only do you have to pay for it, but your calling a third world country. MS is employing non-Americans and are indirectly funding third world countries (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2002006164_indiaenglish16.html).
