You mean the same business practices...
that got them convicted of illegally maintaining a monopoly. As much as you might want to ignore that little fact, it never goes away. Trusting convicted monopolists to police themselves is like trusting Vatican to police their own priests. We all see how that one's played out over the ages, when sending your kid to church is like sending them to Michael Jackson's house...
