Reread the statement.

This is not much - if at all - different from what Microsoft is already doing. Partly under Court order and partly to encourage and reassure developers.

Nice packaging for old and useful ideas.

My point was that "MS admitted that is NOT doing the right thing by a ``slip of tongue'' since it publically stated that to uphold the fair/open competition it will follow A, B and C behavior with Vista, BUT IT IS EXACTLY the ABSENCE of this A, B, C behavior that has been bringing so much trouble to her, in the US and recently in EU''.

So actually your reply is irrelevant to the point I made their and you tried to (kind of) correct my statements with a title that implies I missed something, but then in the body of your reply you are just in essence agreeing with me.

Am I wrong?
