The arguments would seem to come straight from Microsoft's FUD Masters. The real truth is that SCO is attempting to STEAL Linux IP.

Any company or agency that caves into SCO at this point, is STUPID!!!

Disney was used as a stalking horse to attempt to Outlaw Linux in the USA (SSSSC - was part of that, as well as hardware DRM and outlawing home built computers, among other nefarious things).

I build my own computer. I get to choose what Operating System(s) go on it, and I don't mean a choice between XP Home and XP Pro only!!!

Remember that the US 'Justice' system is really a Legal System and nothing to do with Justice!!!!

I would be suprised if SCO LOST, even in the Supreme Court.
