Free as in ...
Not free as in lunch, but free as in puppy. You got it for free but now you've got to take it for walks, housetrain it, take it to the vet, and make it behave itself. And you are stuck with your decision and no easy exit strategy if it gets sick on you down the line.

Sure its free. Ask any "free" dog owner.
