Even you're missing the problem!
Why are these users allowed to install these Add-Ins? That is totally insane!

The Shop I manage people get canned if I find crap installed that shouldn't be there or isn't on our list of corporate approved applications!

Honestly, I can see how a few Rogue IT Tech's would do that but then it is still a management issue!
