Right, one person claiming that Windows is secure, meanwhile,
about 99% have lots of problems.

Any company using Windows, especially for servers, can not be trusted. The availability of 100x safer alternatives means they are puting you at risk for no reason, or are just plain stupid. I personally avoid any service that use Windows computers. These people are Stuuuuupid.
