If Vista is delayed, it won't be the EU that does it
The EU dispute is maily over server protocols and interfaces. Since Vista has to be backwards compatible then the recent decision should no effect on Vista. Microsoft is not being asked to CHANGE protocols and interfaces, just to document them properly.

Besides, the main source of Vista delays has been Microsoft itself and not anyone else.
