If so I won't buy PS3 for sure. Also what's the point of that. Do they just want to stop you from legally selling your game?

I have to say Sony sure is walking down the path of destroying their market share with this. Potentially they risk losing thier business. This and rook kit trick, what's next? Will anyone trust Sony?
